Find Length
What you need:
A soft measuring tape and 30 seconds.
How to measure:
➀ Stand up straight (no slouching, queen).
➁ Place the tape at the top of your shoulder, where your bra strap sits.
➂ Run the tape straight down the front of your body, between your legs.
➃ Measure to your crotch, using the seam on your undies as the end point.
If it's more than 76cm (30"), choose a long torso.
| Shoulder to Crotch | Fit Recommendation | What That Means |
|---|---|---|
| Under 76cm / 30" | Standard Torso | Our standard suits should fit beautifully |
| Over 76cm / 30" | Long Torso |
More room + better fit = no wedgies, no tugging |
Still not sure?
Other signs you need a long torso:
∙ Jumpsuits often feel too short, giving you a front wedgie.
∙ One-pieces cut into your shoulders, puling your bust down.
∙ You have to constantly pull out swimmers out of your tush.
∙ High-waisted jeans never seem to come up high enough.
Here's more info on how to tell if you have a long torso. Find out more here. (Hint: It's only got a wee bit to do with height).
Tips!
∙ Get a friend to help or take your measurements twice
∙ Try to relax your body but stand tall
