We totally get it - life gets busy! But to keep things fair, returns need to be lodged and sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.

Can I return my swimwear if I’m not in love with it?
If you’re not completely happy with your Fearless Swimwear, you can return full-priced items for a refund, store credit or exchange.
Returns must be initiated within the return window and items must meet our return eligibility requirements.
Please note that sale items follow our sale return policy, which may differ from full-price returns.
How long do I have to return my order?
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to start a return.
To be eligible, you must initiate your return within 14 days of delivery through our returns process. Depending on the item and order type, you may be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
What are the return conditions?
Because swimwear is considered an intimate garment, we can only accept returns if items are in perfect, brand new condition.
To be eligible for a Fearless Swimwear return, items must:
- Have all original tags attached
- Have hygiene liners still intact
- Be returned in their original packaging
- Be tried on over underwear only
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or removed liners may not be eligible for return.
Please note that gift cards cannot be returned.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Visit our returns portal, select your order and follow the prompts to lodge a return or exchange.
You have 14 days from delivery to lodge a return if you're in Australia, or 21 days if you're ordering from overseas.
If you run into any issues with the portal, reach out at hello@fearlessswimwear.com and we'll sort it manually.
Can I return a sale item at Fearless Swimwear?
Sale items purchased from Fearless Swimwear can be returned for store credit. However, please note that sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges during promotional or sale periods. Items that are marked Final Sale cannot be returned and are not eligible for store credit, refunds, or exchanges.
Who pays for return shipping?
Within Australia, we help cover the cost of up to two exchanges, making it easier to find your perfect Fearless fit.
If you request a refund, or if you are returning an item from outside Australia, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping. We will generate a return shipping label for you, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that the cost of the return shipping label and the original shipping cost of your order are non-refundable.
Walk me through the Exchange process
We’ve worked hard to make this process as seamless as we can. Quickly check your sizing using our Size Quiz, then start your return form here.
Select exchange and from there you’ll be able to choose any item across our website to receive in exchange for your return. If the item you choose to exchange is of higher value, you’ll be emailed an invoice, otherwise, it’ll be a straight exchange and we will ship out your new item as soon as your return order passes our inspection.
Can I get a refund on my Shipping costs or Duties & Taxes fees if I send items back?
Shipping costs, duties, taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
Why is there a $20 fee deducted from my refund?
To help cover the tariff costs we paid on your order when it was initially delivered, a $20 fee will be deducted from any returns processed for a refund. This helps us manage those costs and continue offering the best products and service to our customers.
Please note: This fee does not apply to returns for store credit or exchanges - only refunds.
I think I’ve received a faulty or incorrect item. Help!?
We really hope this never happens, but in the off chance it does, you’ll need to submit the above return form with as much info as possible and select either Faulty Item Received or Incorrect Item Received and we will handle the rest from there! Extra points if you email across images to hello@fearlessswimwear.com.

The Refundid portal walks you through a few quick steps to submit your return or exchange. Refunds land in real time, and if you are an Australian customer choosing an exchange, your new order is confirmed within minutes.
Where do I receive my Refund?
When you sign up to Refundid, you are asked for your BSB and account number. That is where your instant refund lands.
What products can I not receive a refund on?
Refundid does not cover non-refundable items, including Final Sale. Check our returns policy to see what falls under this. Refundid is also not available on orders paid with a gift card.
When can I expect to get my refund?
With Refundid, your refund is paid out instantly, in your bank account within 60 seconds of lodging your return. If it has not landed within that window, reach out to Refundid here.
