The return window closes 21 days after delivery of your order. Initiate a return within 21 days of delivery to receive a refund, exchange or store credit.

Yes! We offer full refunds, full store credit or store exchange on all full priced items, if you’re not loving your Fearless pieces.

Swimwear is pretty intimate, so we only accept items back that are in perfect, brand new condition, tags attached, liners still intact and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

We help out with the costs of two exchanges within Australia. If you’re outside of Australia or want a refund, we will generate a return label for you and you’ll need to cover the costs of return shipping. The costs of the shipping label and the original shipping costs of your order are on-refundable.

We’ve worked hard to make this process as seamless as we can. Quickly check your sizing using our Size Quiz, then start your return form here.

Select exchange and from there you’ll be able to choose any item across our website to receive in exchange for your return. If the item you choose to exchange is of higher value, you’ll be emailed an invoice, otherwise, it’ll be a straight exchange and we will ship out your new item as soon as your return order passes our inspection.

We don’t refund sale items, but you can always return your pieces for a full store credit or exchange as long as the item isn’t marked FINAL SALE. 

FINAL SALE items aren’t able to be returned for store credit, refund or exchange, unless a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet acceptable quality standards under Australian Consumer Law. We kindly ask that you consider this before making your purchase.

We want you to love your Fearless swimsuit - but if it’s not quite right, here’s how it works:

-No refunds on sale items (sorry, no exceptions).
-Store credit is available for any eligible returns.
- Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have hygiene stickers and tags still attached.

We really hope this never happens, but in the off chance it does, you’ll need to submit the above return form with as much info as possible and select either Faulty Item Received or Incorrect Item Received and we will handle the rest from there! Extra points if you email across images to hello@fearlessswimwear.com.

Our warehouse team is amazing and works hard to process our returns as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 7 business days for the team to process your return and if you feel like it’s taken longer, give us a nudge and we will look into it further for you! During sale period, this process can sometimes take a few days longer, but you can always reach out to check in!

Once your return has been processed, refunds can take 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs, duties, taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
