Refund policy
At Fearless, we’re committed to delivering an effortless experience - including easy change of mind returns for online purchases. We’re happy to offer refunds or store credit on most full priced items. To make sure your return runs smoothly, please review the guidelines below.
We have a 14 day return policy within Australia, or a 21 day return policy for International customers, which means you have 14/21 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions of Return:
- Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Returns must be delivered to our warehouse within 14/21 days.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. We also do not accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? Initiate a return within 14/21 days of delivery. Item/s must be in original condition, with tags and protective liners intact. We'll cover the cost of two exchanges within Australia!
Store Credit
If your item was bought with a discount, sale, or with a coupon, it's eligible for store credit only. Simply return within 14/21 days of delivery.
Final Sale
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit, unless a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet acceptable quality standards under Australian Consumer Law. We kindly ask that you consider this before making your purchase.
Refunds
For full-priced items, you have 14/21 days from delivery date to return for a refund. The item/s must be in its original condition, with tags and protective liners intact. We'll help generate the return label so it's super easy, you just have to cover the cost of the return.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@fearlessswimwear.com.
Return Shipping
For change of mind returns or international orders, we will help generate a return shipping label for you. The cost of that label and the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
